Northeast Las Vegas

This area of Las Vegas is great for active duty men and women at Nellis Air Force Base or families that like to stay out of the craziness of Vegas. Close to moutanins and open desert this is more of a place to watch the sun rise beautifully in the morning.

Nellis Air Force Base owns and operates much of the northeast corner of Clark County, meaning affordable off-base housing is widely available. Between North Las Vegas and Aliante, reasonable apartments and single-family homes offer basic living at a reduced cost. Dining and nightlife options are more limited here, but the slower pace is similar to the vibe you’d get from other, pricier communities.
